The United FC Academy Recreational League is a community based non-profit recreational youth soccer league.  This club is a partner club for the United Football Club. The club is open to all players in the greater Birmingham area.  The league is sanctioned and fully insured by US Club Soccer.  US Club Soccer is a nationally recognized youth soccer organization.  US Club Soccer is affiliated with United States Soccer Federation (USSF), the parent organization for most soccer leagues in the U.S.

This league is tailored to the player that enjoys the game of soccer, but also has other interests and commitments.    

The league is administered by John  Jackson.  Both have over 30 years experience working with youth soccer players.  John has coached players from Under 8 through Under 18.  He has coached at the recreational level and premier level.  John is a grade 8 referee, referee instructor and licensed referee assignor and a nationally licensed coach.  He has worked in all areas of league administration including president, treasurer, Dir. Of Fields, age group commissioner to list a few.

Two other directors of the league are Andy Chapman and Ian Fairbrother.  They assist with player clinics and coach development.  They are currently directors of coaching for the United FC.
